1. Terms & Conditions
This website is operated by Innovgeist Technologies Private Limited (“Innovgeist”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.
Packages and pricing
- Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for each package. The final scope, price and timeline are confirmed with you on a call and in writing before any work begins.
- Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per law.
- Enterprise projects are quoted individually after a discussion of your requirements.
- Free domain and hosting for Year 1, where included in a package, covers our standard hosting plan. Renewals after the included period are chargeable.
Use of this website
- Content, design and branding on this website belong to Innovgeist and may not be copied without permission. Client names and work shown are used with permission.
- Information you submit must be accurate and must belong to you.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Diwali Spin & Win — Offer Terms
- Offer period: the Spin & Win runs until 15 November 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
- Eligibility: open to individuals aged 18 or above and businesses. One spin per person and one offer per business. Multiple entries using different numbers, names or devices may be disqualified.
- Details required: to spin, you must share your name and a valid mobile number or email address, and accept these terms and the Privacy Notice below.
- How offers are decided: each spin's offer is chosen at random by the website. Offers do not have equal chances of being won, and the size of a segment on the wheel does not indicate the chance of winning it. Some offers shown on the wheel are rare.
- Coupon code: every spin generates a unique coupon code. To claim, send us your coupon code on WhatsApp or by email on or before 15 November 2026. Codes are verified against our records; a code that does not match our records cannot be redeemed.
- Redemption: the offer applies to a new project confirmed with us (scope agreed and advance paid) on or before 31 December 2026.
- Discount offers (₹1,000 / ₹2,000 / ₹5,000 off) apply only to the package named in the offer, on the listed package price.
- Free offers follow our standard scope for that item:
- Free single-page website — the scope of our Starter package.
- Free hosting (2nd year / 3 years) — our standard hosting plan for the stated period; domain renewals are not included.
- Free extra page — one additional page in the same design as your project.
- Free logo design — one logo as per our standard logo scope, confirmed on call.
- Free Google listing — setup of your Google Business Profile; verification is controlled by Google.
- Free SEO audit — one written audit of your existing website.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person or business.
- Innovgeist may refuse or cancel an offer in case of misuse, fraud or incorrect details, and may modify or withdraw this promotion by updating this page. Decisions on eligibility and redemption are made by Innovgeist in good faith.
3. Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we process your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Innovgeist is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Diwali Spin & Win: your name, mobile number or email address, the offer you won, your coupon code, and the date and time you gave consent.
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, business name and the details you share about your requirement.
- On your device only: your browser stores your theme preference and your spin result so the page can remember them. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To issue, verify and honour your coupon code and Spin & Win offer.
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about the offer and our services.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Consent
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box before you submit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the contact details below. Once withdrawn, we will stop processing and delete your data within a reasonable time, unless we are required by law to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers (Data Processors) to receive and store your details: FormSubmit (delivers form submissions to our email), Google (email and spreadsheet storage) and WhatsApp (if you message us). They process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Diwali Spin & Win data is deleted within 12 months after the offer period ends, unless you become our client.
- Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become our client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client data is kept for as long as required for the project and by law.
Security
We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your data, including restricted access. In the event of a personal data breach, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Your rights
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us. We will respond within the time required by law, and in any case within 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website and the Spin & Win are meant for people aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
